GB/T 15171, put an appropriate amount of distilled water in the vacuum chamber, and then immerse the product in the water. Cover the sealing cover of the vacuum chamber, and the distance between the top of the sample and the water surface shall not be less than 15 mm. Use one of the following values: 20, 30, 50, 70, 90 kPa and other negative pressure values, and maintain the vacuum for 30 s. The vacuum value used is determined according to the characteristics of the sample (such as packaging materials used, sealing conditions, etc.) or according to the provisions of the relevant product standards. During the test, pay attention to observe the leakage of the sample when the vacuum is formed and during the vacuum holding period, observe whether there are continuous bubbles at the product seal, and isolated bubbles are not regarded as leakage. The quality of the packaging bag is measured by the measurement of sealing, and then the rationality of the packaging process is judged.
