GDM-200 Electric Friction Color Fastness Testing Machine

      Friction color fastness tester is an integral design. It is mainly composed of base, friction transmission mechanism and counter. Sample clamp is used to fix the sample and sand paper on one side of the base, shake the handle to make the friction head with white cotton cloth move to and fro on the sample to make the white cotton cloth and the sample rub against each other. After ten times of friction, the white cotton cloth is observed and evaluated by grey card comparison. The degree of viscous color is used to judge the dyeing of fabric samples or the stability of surface coating, which provides reference data for the evaluation and selection of materials. This instrument is suitable for yarn, dyeing, printing and dyeing textiles and all fabrics on or inside toy products.
