GX-C2 Series Ozone Aging Test Box

Scope of application:
Ozone content in the atmosphere is very little, but it is the main factor of rubber cracking. Ozone aging chamber simulates and strengthens the ozone conditions in the atmosphere, studies the law of ozone action on rubber, quickly identifies and evaluates the methods of anti-ozone aging performance and anti-ozone agent protection efficiency of rubber, and then takes effective anti-aging measures to improve the service life of rubber products.
This machine is used to test the anti-cracking property of rubber products in ozone environment, ozone resistance testing machine, ozone concentration can be controlled and adjusted to determine the anti-ozone performance of the samples.

Main features:
The ozone gas produced by the silent high-efficiency ozone generator and a certain amount of treated air are mixed in the exchanger and sent into the test box, so that the control system can effectively control the occurrence of ozone according to the set value, so that the test box can maintain the appropriate ozone concentration and work in the heating system to meet the test conditions.

Test process:
Under specified elongation or stationary mode, when the sample contacts ozonated air, the length direction of the sample is basically parallel to the direction of air flow. The adjustable travel range of the sample is between 0 and 40 mm, so that the sample is in a plane perpendicular to the airflow. The scanning area of the sample is about 40% of the effective area of the test box.
