GWM-4 (GXTM-4) Inside-tank Film Integrity Tester (Welcome to Video Watch and Use Method)

Purpose and Principle:
GXTM-4 Tank Inner Coating Integrity Tester is used to detect the integrity of the inner coating (density of the inner coating, current value). The incomplete coating in the tank will corrode the metal and affect the quality and storage of the product. The inner coating integrity tester is the standard for evaluating tank quality in tank industry. It can also measure the integrity of the inner coating film of the "canned cover" with the canned cover fixing device and vacuum equipment. Widely used in food, beverage, milk powder, soft drinks, canning, paint and other industries.
The principle of the test is to add voltage inside and outside the tank with electrolyte to measure the current value. If the inner coating is not complete (the inner coating is not compact or damaged), the current value will be very large. More than 30 mA is unqualified, and small bubbles will appear in the unqualified film.
