GX-CLT-100 Tank Leak Tester For Cans
GX-CLT-100 Tank Leakage Tester is used to check whether three cans are leaking or not. It can measure one round tank at a time. Other leaks can also be detected.
Detection method: clamp and seal the open end of the sample tank with a pressure plate, immerse the tank in a water bath, apply a certain test pressure to the tank, observe whether there are bubbles in the outer wall of the tank and the weld seam, and if there are bubbles continuously generated, it indicates that the tank has leaked. Can be measured in different diameters and heights.
Simply swing the control handle, the pneumatic lifting mechanism can quickly and automatically immerse and lift the sample tank.
Under the condition of aeration and pressure, the sample tank can be rotated 360 degrees, the top and bottom of the tank, and the welding seam on the side of the tank body can be easily observed.
