Firstly, the overlapping length (overlapping percentage) of the curling edge is related to the length of the cover hook and the hook after curling, but it does not depend entirely on the length of the cover hook and the hook. We find that the closer the length of the cover hook and the hook is, the distance between the two ends of the cover hook must be certain, and the distance between the two ends of the cover hook is greater. The closer to the sealing quality, the shorter the gap between the two ends of the hook body and the cover hook, there may be material edge injury and coating. On the other hand, the length of the cover hook and the body hook is unreasonable.
We know that the overlapping length (overlapping percentage) between the cover hook and the body hook is to ensure that the cover and the body of the tank are fully close to each other, and the overlapping length is to ensure that the air and other substances inside the tank body and outside the tank body are in contact with each other, and to ensure product quality.
If we look at the test data alone, the overlap length and percentage are qualified, and the test data are completely qualified, while the physical diagram tells us that the overlapping hook and body hook are not close enough, but the part of the tank body and the side of the lid are too compact.
Therefore, we believe that the first step of the measurement is whether the physical picture of the package is reasonable, the distance between the two ends of the cover hook and the hook is reasonable, whether the length of the cover hook and the hook is similar, whether the overlapping cover hook and the hook are normal and reasonable, after referring to the above conditions, the data of the package of the tank is a reliable reference.
On the basis of the above and our long-term experience, we believe that the so-called daily, monthly and annual quality comparison function of some wrapping instruments lacks strict scientific basis and is questionable and unscientific. That's why we don't use this function.
